Will this cold ever pass?

Well it's a balmy 8'above zero today in N.H.
I  choose passed on the Vintage Snowmobile show, even colder up there at
Moose Mountain. Radar Runs on Webster Lake cold, cold, cold. Sent the Boyz
ahead to Vintage show and I'll stay warm right here.
There's plenty to do around here even in this cold; skiing, sledding,
snowmobiling, ice skating and Ice fishing ,my personal favorite.
Newfound Lake  Bristol, NH                                                        MJA

Ice  fishing is our version of a street party on ice.
You  snowmobile to the lake, find your
bob-house,start your heater and open a beer.
We mull around from house to see who's got the best catch and who putting on the best feed for the day. The "bob-house" is a individual as it's owner.
Ranging from a  pop tent to a Winnebago anything goes,
but a true New Hampshire grown
bob-house will be handcrafted with  leftover materials around their home or from
the local factory scraps bin. The basics  a hole or two to drop your line in,small heat source,
kerosene or wood and a couple of pans to fry your fish.
The real characters have their generator, stereos, televisions, and fish finders.
I prefer the basic with a cribbage board , Merlot, and a Rainbow Trout in the pan very simple and  centering.   .
If you find yourself in the Lakes Region hit the local Walmart ,
grab a jig stick and out-of-state license, some bait and give us a Shout -Out.
We'll show you what keeps us warm in the Winter and how to really have some fun around here.
